Quay, this spacious four-bedroom cottage is on one of the terraces overlooking
New Quay .This is an ideal cottage for a family holiday. Weekly lets only at
this property. Up to 2 well behaved small to medium dogs welcomed.
Accommodation: Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room
(pictured) with three sofas, TV with DVD player and a Stereo. There is also
another sitting room with TV and DVD. There is a dining area adjacent to the
kitchen at the rear of the house.
The well-equipped and newly finished kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, microwave and all the usual small appliances. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, and an additional fridge.
Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms, two doubles, a twin and a single. There is ample space for a travel cot. The Family bathroom is upstairs and has a bath with shower attachment, WC and washbasin as well as a separate shower cubicle. The house is heated by night storage heaters.
Parking: There is on-street parking near to the front of the house and a weekly car parking ticket is available from the main car parks in New Quay.
Outside: There is an outside toilet and storage for beach equipment etc at the rear of the house. There are a series of paved terraces with linking steps behind the house with a bench and garden seats.
Linen: The property is not equipped with bed linen and towels and guests must bring their own.
Restrictions: Strictly no smoking inside the house please.
