Oceana, New Quay is a large four bedroom brand new luxury detached seaside house, with the sea just a short walk downhill, this house offers spacious and luxurious family holiday accommodation with all the pubs, restaurants, and shops within a few minutes drive, plus private off road car parking for 3 cars. TV / games room, enormous glass walled balcony, and under floor heating You can explore the Heritage Coast of Cardigan Bay with its seaside villages and sandy beaches hidden in little coves, take a boat trip to watch dolphins, go fishing, or just relax and unwind by the sea. This is a perfect location for family holidays, celebrations and families sharing. One small dog wecomed.

The brand new spacious and fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area opens out onto the huge glass walled balcony with views down to Cardigan Bay. The dining table seats 8. The breakfast bar seating 3 divides the kitchen from the dining area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, as well as all the usual small appliances, cutlery, glasses and cookware.
The first floor sitting room has comfortable sofas and a large 50" flat screen TV with double doors opening onto a Juliet balcony.
Cloakroom there is a WC and basin between the first floor sitting room and the kitchen.

There is a double bedroom with leather sleigh bed, bedside table and storage space, and a spacious twin bedroom plus fully tiled bathroom on this floor. There is plenty of room in the double bedrooms for a travel cot, although this is not provided.

Please note - a local covenant does not allow any
commercial vehicles to be parked on the estate.
The owner requires a fully refundable £200 security /
breakages deposit for each holiday booking.
The south facing patio area to the rear of the house is fully enclosed.

The sheltered harbour and safe beaches are the focus of activity in the summer when New Quay becomes a bustling and vibrant holiday resort where boat trips, sailing, fishing, water sports and relaxation, are among the main attractions. The local area has much to offer with the safe and sandy beaches of Llangrannog, Tresaith, Penbryn and Mwnt just a short drive away.
