Preswylfa is a beautiful restored traditional 4 bedroom seaside house with central heating on a quiet no through road less than five minutes walk from the Harbour Beach in New Quay in West Wales. It has three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. and is only a stones throw from a variety of historic pubs and restaurants. One well behaved dog welcomed.

ACCOMMODATION - The  glazed Victorian porch is quite an important feature of this type of Victorian Villa and acts as a sunny entrance to the large hallway with two rooms on either side

There is a large lounge with sofas, armchairs and flat screen TV, and an equally large dining room .seating up to 8. These retain several period features. Stairs lead to two large front facing double bedrooms both with en-suite shower ,WC and basin, and a corridor to another double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a family bathroom, which also has an electric shower over the bath. All duvets and pillows are provided but not bed linen and towels.

Off the hall on the ground floor are a breakfast room  seating 7/8 with adjacent kitchen and a porch leading to the terraced patio and gardens.

The well equipped kitchen has a full size electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all the cookware, glasses, cutlery etc to cater for all family occasions.

OUTSIDE - There is also a basic outside loo and the old porch useful for storage. The side entrance can  take bikes or water sports equipment.

There is a nice lower courtyard with a small table for drinks and four folding chairs. These are stored in the porch of the door which leads into the breakfast room.

There is one set of wide steps up to a large gently upward sloping garden. These have now been railed and made much safer for children and adults alike! At the back of this is a seating area with views over Cardigan Bay and even the mountains of Snowdonia on clear days!

There are no yellow lines so parking is usually available opposite the house. However it is not guaranteed always to keep the spaces in front of the house unless you replace the cones provided. There is a large car park within a few hundred metres.
 

  • All weekly bookings start and end on a Saturday.
     

  • The owner requires a refundable 100 security / breakages deposit or 150 if bringing a dog.
     

  • The garden is fully enclosed with garden furniture
     

  • Just a few minutes walk to beaches, pubs and restaurants.
     

  • Electricity and heating is inclusive.
     

  • Two en suite shower rooms, plus a family bathroom and an outside WC.
     

  • Family friendly with a full size cot and high chair.
     

  • All duvets and pillows are provided but not bed linen and towels.
     

  • One well behaved dog welcome.
