ACCOMMODATION - Tower House has a living room on the first floor (on a level from the front door) with two sofas, 43 inch TV with Roku Express which allows streaming of your favourite movies and programs from all the terrestrial catch-up channels such as BBC iplayer, ITVX. My5, and all4 and dedicated streaming channels such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney and Apple). You will need to log in to each streaming channel with your email and password to view content. There are views of the Harbour and Cardigan Bay from the back windows.

Downstairs is a spacious fully fitted kitchen / dining room, full size electric cooker and hob with extractor, under-counter fridge / freezer, microwave, air fryer, 40" digital flat screen TV and all the usual small appliances. There is seating for 4 at the dining table.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor, a double with a window facing the sea where you can wake up to views of Cardigan Bay. This has a flat screen Smart TV with built in DVD player. There is a second bedroom with full sized bunk beds. The shower room has electric shower, wash basin and WC there are central heating radiators in all rooms including the bathroom.

The patio area, and the deck with garden furniture seating 4 is accessed from the kitchen and is situated at the back of the cottage in a small fully enclosed garden. There is also a timber deck with garden furniture below the patio. The cottage offers the following facilities:

• Access: This property is on three floors and may be unsuitable for those with mobility problems. The stairway from the first floor to the kitchen / dining room has a non standard doorway / height, and may be unsuitable for the elderly or less mobile or some toddlers. There are steps leading from the rear patio down to the garden and deck.

• Weeks or some  short breaks available when advertised - minimum 3 nights - please enquire.

• Coastal Path: This house is just a short walk to the Coastal Footpath.
