ACCOMMODATION - Downstairs, there is a comfortable lounge with sofas and chairs, TV with free view and DVD player. The separate dining room has benches to seat 6. The well-equipped  kitchen has an electric cooker with double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, under counter fridge, microwave and all the usual small appliances.

Off the kitchen is a large utility room with fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink with worktops. There is also hanging space for wetsuits etc. Off the utility room there is also a recently refurbished downstairs shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.

Bedrooms: Upstairs, Treflys has one double bedroom with twin aspect windows with sea views and window seats, a large L-shaped bedroom which has a double bed and single bed, also with sea views and a single bedroom, again with sea views. The upstairs bathroom is accessed through a former third bedroom, which has been turned into a separate dressing room, and has a bath with separate shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside: The property is on a hill slope and the garden has 2 levels with 10 steps to reach each level. The patio area has been completely redesigned offering sea views with  furniture available. Children should be supervised when using the garden, patio area or steps which may become slippery in icy or wet conditions. Please do not climb, or allow others, onto the roofs to the garage and rear utility room or area surrounding the patio. There are no specific adaptations for disabled use.

• Short breaks are available by arrangement only during low season.
   

• Full oil central heating and double glazed. All electricity and heating is included in the rental.
   

• Parking: There is on-street parking in front of the house.
   

• Bed linen and towels are not provided.
   

• Unlimited Wi-Fi is available in the house free of charge.
   

• Restrictions: No pets, and strictly no smoking please inside the house.
