The dining table seats 4. There is one bedroom facing the sea, with a king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 32 inch flat screen TV, and a small second bedroom with a double bed. plus wardrobe and storage The family bathroom has WC, washbasin, bidet and shower with fold down seat. Bed linen is provided but not towels. One small to medium dog permitted. downstairs only. The back patio area is fully enclosed. There is seating in front of the house and on the rear patio.

There is private off road parking for one car in the car park opposite the property.
